			An inhibitor of cysteine protease with blood
			platelet aggregation inhibiting activity.
			Aloxistatin is an irreversible,
			membrane-permeable inhibitor of lysosomal
			and cytosolic cysteine proteases with the ability
			to inhibit calpain activity in intact platelets.
			Aloxistatin is also known as E64d.
